What if you could count on a robot to cancel services on the phone for you?
From time to time, Reclame AQUI produces marketing campaings with partners. The Canceller was one of those.
The project goal was to increase awareness of the Reclame AQUI brand, and bring to light the very common problems people face when trying to cancel services on the phones.
By the end of the design sprint, our team had produced and tested a high fidelity prototype. We were ready to move forward to the development stage, but budget and schedule prevented this app from being developed.

Compile part of the data and present findings
First, we prepared a quick poll to check project viability and user expectations about an app for cancelling services.
Next, we planned and executed an activity to understand how stakeholders expected flows and functionalities to work.
PROTOTYPE AND TEST
With the activity results, we prepared a prototype to test our planned flow and components.
